What materials can you work with?
We routinely process carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloys, copper, and brass. For special requests, we can source and work with other metals , polymers and composites. Please consult our engineering team for specific material properties and suitability.
What are your manufacturing limits in terms of size and precision?
We provide various sizes of machines from a handheld welder to a heavy forging press. We ensure essential precision and can also achieve ultra-high accuracy according to your needs. Please provide your requirements or drawings for a detailed assessment.
How do you ensure part quality and consistency?
Quality is integrated into every phase of our production. We employ first article inspection, in-process checks and final quality verification. We also use precision tools such as CMMs, calipers, and gauges to verify all critical dimensions against your requirements.
Are you certified to any international quality standards?
Yes, our operations are certified to authoritative standards including ISO, CE and OSHA. We comply with stringent quality management systems, and we can provide necessary inspection reports such as material certificates, dimensional reports and so on with shipments.
What information do you need to provide a quotation?
To provide an accurate and timely quote, please share: 1) Required parameters or detailed drawings (PDF, STEP, DWG preferred); 2) Material specification; 3) Additional information specific to your machine type.
What is your MOQ?
Our minimum order quantity depends on specific requirements, and we are flexible in our approach. In some cases, only one heavy-duty lathe is sufficient.
What is your general lead time from order to shipment?
Lead time depends on part complexity and order volume, usually about 1-4 months. We will provide a confirmed schedule upon order placement.
Can you handle international shipping and export documentation?
Absolutely. As an experienced exporter, we handle all aspects from professional export packaging to customs declaration. We are proficient in preparing all necessary documents such as commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin. We can ship via air or sea based on your needs.
