Rolling Machine

Our hydraulic 3-roll rolling machine is engineered for rolling arc, round and conical workpieces, featuring a robust structure and user-friendly operation for diverse fabrication needs. The upper roll, driven by oil cylinders mounted above it, moves vertically at the symmetrical center of the two lower rolls. Adopting PLC programmable display control, it supports man-machine interaction, fault self-diagnosis and intelligent error operation judgment. Equipped with adjustable supporting rolls for optimal deflection compensation, it also has an integrated welded chassis for even force distribution and simplified foundation requirements.
