Our asymmetrical 3-roll rolling machine is a cost-effective, high-performance rolling solution, featuring a compact structure for easy operation and maintenance. Benefiting from the asymmetric movement of rolls, it enables end pre-bending of plates without additional auxiliary equipment. The diameter of rolled workpieces is controlled by adjusting the elevation of side rolls, ensuring high forming precision. Equipped with a movable console and digital side roll position display, it prevents plate slippage via synchronized drive and clamping of upper and lower rolls.
