Our hydraulic four-roll rolling machine is a high-efficiency CNC equipment, ideal for batch rolling of round, multi-segment arc, square, conical and special-shaped workpieces. It adopts intelligent control and full hydraulic drive to realize automatic roll forming. With precise material alignment, it avoids misalignment and slippage, ensuring superior forming quality. Equipped with EPS electronic balancing system and cambered roll shafts, it maintains high roll parallelism and excellent workpiece roundness. The touchscreen enables visual operation and data storage, with high repeat accuracy via hydraulic drive.
