Lock Former
Our lock former machine is a professional duct processing equipment, available in 6-station, 7-station, 8-station, 9-station and 10-station models to adapt to different sheet thicknesses and forming shapes. Each machine is equipped with Pittsburgh rolls on one side and a set of Standing Seam Rolls on the other, maximizing multifunctional use. The rolls are made of high-quality alloy steel treated with vacuum quenching for durability. For safety, the worktable distance is strictly restricted on the cover. Axial and radial roller shafts are equipped with roller bearings to ensure stable operation and consistent product quality, ideal for efficient duct manufacturing.
