Decoiler-Straightener-Slitting Line
Production Line
Our standard decoiler-straightener-slitting line integrates core functions including uncoiling, leveling, feeding, length fixing, cross cutting and stacking, designed for efficient and precise processing of metal sheets. Composed of key equipment such as loading trolley, decoiler, leveler, stacker, hydraulic system and electrical system, the line is controlled by PLC numerical control system. Length fixing is regulated by Siemens AC motor and rotary encoder, allowing users to input order quantity, sheet length and processing speed via the man-machine interface. The equipment automatically shuts down when the set cutting quantity is reached. With adjustable parameters, high measurement accuracy, full-automatic operation and simple control, the line offers excellent cost-effectiveness, ideal for batch production needs.
