Conventional Lathe

This machine tool is a universal lathe suitable for machining shaft-type parts, cylindrical parts, and disc-shaped parts made of various materials using high-speed steel and cemented carbide cutting tools. It is capable of turning outer diameters, facing, grooving, cutting off, boring, and turning/boring internal tapered holes. Additionally, it can be used to cut various threads shorter than 600 mm using the upper tool post (via a gear). (Full-length thread cutting is available upon special order.)

The spindle employs a two-bearing structure driven by a DC motor, providing a stepless speed range of 0.8–160 rpm. The bed features a rectangular three-guide-way design, forming a box-type structure that ensures high rigidity. The machine is equipped with a dedicated oil pump for forced lubrication. The saddle, tool post, bed, and tailstock are capable of rapid movement, giving the machine high rigidity, high efficiency, safety and reliability, ease of operation, and an aesthetically pleasing design.
